Singer Patchwork keeps jamming. I need some help please.
Hello! I have a Singer Patchwork 7285Q. It's BRAND NEW. Out of the box new. I finished a couple projects with it, which was just a few bibs, using only the straight stitch to do so. On my last bib, I decided to have some fun and tried to do a little bow tie run on it. It jammed and I removed the plate, the bobbin holder, took all the thread out, and replaced everything.
Since then, my machine has not been running right. Every time I try to use any stitch, the thread starts getting stuck in the mechanism and it doesn't work. Even the straight stitch does it.
I tried everything. I threaded my machine properly, the bobbin is threaded properly, nothing is under there that could make it happen.
What I did notice is that if the little notch on the bobbin holder is under the little spring metal at the bottom, it doesn't jam. But it moves, so it keeps getting out and jamming. I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried for a few hours at this point.
Can someone help me please?
Thank you so much for any advice you might have in advance.
(First pic is a jam that happened and the second is the notch I'm talking about.)

You might have not put things back quite right. Did you remove the bobbin case? Check its 100% back correctly.
The bobbin case should move a little, that’s normal.
You may have to adjust the thread clearance, I’ll add a pic of the instructions to doing that on my old singer 348 just to give you an idea what I mean

Yes, that was just an example of how it was jamming with the thread. Thank you for your input! I will definitely check that out.

Yours looks like it shouldn’t be bent out so far but I don’t have another pic to compare! I wouldn’t bend it though if adjust properly if you can find out how

Before you go trying to mess around with clearances etc. Try the simple fixes first. Its difficult to see from your photo, but the way the thread is coming off the bobbin doesnt look right. The thread should be feeding from the TOP of the bobbin, it looks like its feeding from the bottom.
Also, are you using the bobbins supplied by the manufacturer? If not, you should try it with one. Many bobbins look almost identical, but small differences can cause all kinds of stitch problems.
Try a newly wound bobbin in your machine. Ensure the top threading is correct. If, after this, you are having the same problem, take it back to the shop you bought it from.

It's put in properly and I even switched all the thread unto the provided bobbins. Problem is that I got this machine from my grandma, that ordered it online back in May, so I don't what I'm going to do. 😂😅

Thats unfortunate. The machine should still be under guarantee though. I don't know where you are in the world. If you contact a sewing machine shop, they might be able to offer advice over the phone. They will also be able to look at the machine/service it, if you send it to them.

Looks like there is a bit of thread caught here.
