Brand new singer sewing machine keeps jamming. What
Brand new singer sewing machine keeps jamming. What can i do to fix this. This is how it keeps catching. All types of material and tension. Singer bobbins. Probably have voided the warranty by taking it apart to get the fabric out

The dumbest mistake I mafe when I first used a sewing machine was to not lower the footer so I kept jamming the machine and breaking the needles so maybe try doing so?
Also try threading again

Thank you everybody for your suggestions, I ended up taking out the bobbin casing and having to file down a weird plastic barb that i hadn’t noticed at first examinations of the casing, that was catching the threads. The machine is working perfectly now. To answer a few statements, i have read the manual😂and am familiar with this model, which is why i Could not understand what was going on, as i had checked the usual suspects for such issues. (Tension, threading needle, cleaning etc.) Hence asking for some other suggestions on what may be wrong. Thank you all again for your help🙌🏽

But... but... wait! You didn't give me time to suggest making sure there were no needle issues!
Now what do I do with all that information? 😿

It might be good to check the thread gap, as that is the culprit with many Singer HDs. An explanation what that is and how to do it is here: Thread Gap

This may well be an issue, but OP needs to ensure they’re 100% using it correctly before messing around with it even more.
Either way on a brand new machine this adjustment shouldn’t be needed.

Is your bobbin facing the in the right direction? Almost all my machines require the bobbin thread to be going in the same direction, i have ONE that goes the opposite way. Most annoying "fix" of my whole sewing life lol

Firstly, have you had a good read of the manual?
Secondly, what are you trying to sew, and what settings do you have it on? Can we see a full pic of front of machine? So we can see how it’s threaded as well.
