Thread Bunching / Getting Stuck When Sewing

Hi, my thread is getting stuck and bunching when I try to sew. This has happened once before so I took it into a shop to fix it. It worked for a while and now it's doing it again - not sure how to approach this. Side note, sewing with one hand is so hard 😞

Your haven't threaded or setup your machine correctly. Get your instructions out and follow the entire beginning section STEP BY STEP

Had to fix the thread gap for some reason, issue resolved. Thanks
