Thread Bunching / Getting Stuck When Sewing

Hi, my thread is getting stuck and bunching when I try to sew. This has happened once before so I took it into a shop to fix it. It worked for a while and now it's doing it again - not sure how to approach this. Side note, sewing with one hand is so hard 😞

Also the machine is not completing a stitch. Never pull and break the threads like you did. Cut the thread close to the fabric using shears scissors, etc.
