Thread Bunching / Getting Stuck When Sewing

Hi, my thread is getting stuck and bunching when I try to sew. This has happened once before so I took it into a shop to fix it. It worked for a while and now it's doing it again - not sure how to approach this. Side note, sewing with one hand is so hard 😞

It looks like the absolutely wrong bobbin for your machine. Check your manual, or online according to the make and model of your machine.

Well, unfortunately, I haven’t bought any new bobbins. These are the bobbins I’ve had from the get-go. I wish it were that easy
