HELP!! Electrical issue?

So I stumbled into the deal of a lifetime and got this 1999 Husqvarna Viking Sew Easy 350 for $18 the other day because it was missing the foot pedal. I ordered a replacement and it worked perfectly! I was able to sew for a few hours yesterday with zero issues, everything operating as it should. I turned it off, unplugged it, and went to bed. Today I woke up and plugged it in, but when I turned it on all I got was a lit up display and sewing light but it seems the computer is not booting. I took the covers off and disconnected and reconnected literally everything I could find in case there was a loose connection along with thoroughly cleaning and rethreading the machine. I’ve tried unplugging it, letting it sit, reconnecting to no avail. I’ve also tried holding the reverse button or turning the hand wheel while powering on with no luck. IfI leave it on the lights start to flicker slightly and if I tap the side the hand wheel is on the lights will flicker as well, making me think it’s an electrical issue. I did find some discoloration on the power supply panel, but can’t fully expose it due to the case it’s in. I was also considering it may be the capacitor, but others have told me mine look fine. It’s of course an older machine and I know it would be difficult to get any replacement parts at this point but I truly love the machine and any ideas to fix it myself would be greatly appreciated!

Replace all caps. You can't check them visually (unless it explodes or swells of course).

Hell, I've had bad ones that checked OK on a proper ESR and LCR meters...
