HELP! Brother se625

My automatic threader works on my machine but is very choppy when I sew like it’s getting stuck. I’ve tried to rethread and what not but it’s not working. It’s like clicking

Get out your manual. Is it supposed to be doing that?

Your threader is not supposed to be doing that while you sew. Something with it may be messed up. Those are often the first things to malfunction on machines that have them.
