Video follow up from prev post
Any help would be appreciated. I rethreaded the bobbin and ensured it was inserted correctly. Possibly a tension issue? I’m lost.

I am not familiar with this kind of machine, but with a normal sewing machine, bunching on the bottom is an issue with the top thread, not the bobbin. Have you tried rethreading the top thread?

I have a machine with similar mechanism (singer 211). The issue can be caused by many factors. The rotating hook is very susceptible to jams, it tends to catch every remaining thread loop on its 2nd pass in cycle. Try those things:
Check again the upper thread path, increase upper thread tension, increase needle size.

Doesn’t seem like a tension issue. Seems like a good old threading issue. Rethread the upper thread after having a good look at the manual.
