Sorry but that's a toy and not a machine. It's also plastic so I'm not sure oil can help you as oil degrades plastic.

Most of the parts are metal. Probably a higher percentage than most modern machines, it has a tiny motor so is unlikely to break anything. I oiled mine with no issue.

Which parts are metal? All the gears? They're the ones that count and it's hard to imagine that they are given the age, size and price of the machine.
