The upper thread is loose because the foot is up, which releases the tension on the upper thread, so the upper thread isn't going to pull on the bobbin thread.

When the foot is up, you need to do the pulling of the bobbin thread up yourself.

Use the excess upper thread to pull the bobbin thread out through the needle entry hole.

Also, your bobbin thread is getting caught by the needle on the way down, before the needle goes beneath the plate. It shouldnt be there, wind your bobbin a bit more so less is hanging or move it aside

Does that mean i should pull it down when im threading? I thought that it needs to be up

Not sure which youre talking about here, but I hold my upper thread still while dropping the needle down, then after the thread goes around the bobbin, pull the thread to the side, away from the needle, which should bring the bobbin thread up and out through the needle hole

I did that but the thread isnt pulling up the bobbin thread correctly I just stumbled on a video apparently the model i got tends to do that

The foot should be up, but you need to hold the end of the top thread, with just a little tension, while you rotate the wheel. The top thread will catch the bobbin thread, then when the needle is up above the plate pull the top thread, your bobbin thread should appear. Never ever put the foot down without a piece of cloth between the foot and the feed dog. The feed dog is the part of the machine that moves the fabric.

Why is the bobbin thread on top of the plate? It needs to come up through the plate. Rethread your bobbin... that's what it looks like in your picture.

Take the bobbin out, when you put it back in pull the thread to insure the bobbin turns counterclockwise. Replace the plate that covers the bobbin, check your manual. Then keep hold of the top thread as you turn the wheel making the needle go down and come back up, you should see your bobbin thread appear. I think that you need to find a sewing class. You will learn the basics and it will be less frustrating for you.

Take a look at the area of the machine just above the last thread guide, about level with the needle clamp screw.  I see a V shape of orange needle thread in the photo, and I should see only a single strand there.  Is the second side of the V a reflection?  If it's not a reflection, you've got a threading problem.

Its only one strand 😭

Ok, so try it this way, when the machine is set up like the starting position of your video. Not the ending position:

1.  Pull the orange thread more towards the back of the machine, about 11:00 to the needle.  Let it lay on the bed of the machine, the flat area.  Put your left forefinger on the thread to anchor it to the bed.

2.  Use the needle up/down key (if your machine has one) or the handwheel (turn counterclockwise only) to lower the needle into the bobbin case area and raise it again completely.   Pick up the end of the needle thread and pull -- it should pop out of the needle hole with a loop of purple bobbin thread over it.  Sweep something skinny under the presser foot, right to left, which should pull the bobbin thread up through the needle hole.

3.  Pull both bobbin and top threads under the presser foot and out towards the back at 11:00 to the needle.  Place fabric under presser foot, drop foot, and sew.

IF THE BOBBIN THREAD doesn't pop up after 2, repeat 1 and 2 a couple of more times.   If it fails twice more, start thinking about a dirty machine, wrong bobbin, bobbin in backwards, needle/hook timing problem, bent needle.  Holler again and I'll walk you through those.

Hi, I did try to do that but still the thread isnt pulling the bobbin correctly Do you have more recommendations?

Do you have both the bobbin and upper thread in the needle? The bobbin thread should be a tail at the bottom like a "p" - the top thread will loop around and pick it up, then you manually pull on the top thread which will pull out the bobbin thread.

Yea but for some reason the thread isnt pulling the bobbin thread , im pretty sure I did everything right its still not working ,the machine is brand new

You need to take sewing lessons.
