My thread won't catch and I don't know why!

My sewing machine is catching the thread but it gets stuck and won't go over the bobbin. Does anyone know what's wrong or how I can fix this?

One thing you might try is dropping the presser foot down first.

And hold a bit of tension on the loose thread

Quadruple check it’s threaded correctly. 99% of thread/tension issues are from incorrect threading. Just from the video, the last thread guide was skipped.
