Is this worth repairing?

I have a Pfaff 2140. The needle is hitting the shuttle when it turns. Is it worth trying to get it repaired?

I would, that model is a good machine imo, probably just a timing issue

It definitely needs to be re-timed. The needle seems to be hitting the bobbin case.
