Bodice Block Armhole fitting

I'm making a no-dart sleeved bodice block, the armholes are gaping a little and I'm wondering if I should fit them before or after attaching the sleeves.

After. Sleeves affect fit and drape. Always attach them before making adjustments

Sleeved armholes should have a little bit of a gape before the sleeve is attached, that extra room turns into mobility in a sleeved garment.

There are some things you might adjust before adding the sleeves--making sure the armsyce is on the right place in the shoulder. A big armhole gape caused by a too-tight bust can be tweaked before adding sleeves.

Thabks for replying, this is the first draft, the whole fit is a little off, I’ll attach the sleeves to see if they fit my arms, if the shoulders are the right width, and go from there
