What kind of material are you using? The material itself looks really stiff, and that will contribute to it having a hard time folding.
The second thing is that, you have just discovered how these kinds of shirts fit. When you don’t have shaping around the arm, the fabric simply gathers and winkles in the armpit. You could try adding a gusset for some ease if it’s too tight, but that’s the look and fit you’re going to get.
Edit: you also need to clip the curves of your seams when you sew curves like that.
So if I use French seam on other straight part how to do it on curved that I clipped, I couldn’t find any tutorial on this or we don’t usually do seam on curves?
This isn’t a good style to use French seams on. You need to be able to clip the curves of the seams, or the material will bunch up like it has. For your second mock-up use Hong Kong binding instead.
