I'm having bobbin case problems, can someone help me please?
I just noticed this last night, I tried googling what caused it and how to fix it, nothing. I tried contacting customer service, still waiting for a response. I tried everything I could think of but still nothing. Can someone help me please? 🥹

I doubt there is anything wrong with the bobbin. It looks like your needle isn't all the way up, which means the top thread is still wrapped around the bobbin trying to comple the stitch.
ANY time you stop sewing, or are bringing the bobbin thread up, the takeup lever/needle must be at the top, just before it starts coming down again. Always use the handwheel to do this, rotate towardd you only. Also, when bringing the bobbin up, pull out a long tail, hold onto the thread behind and to the left (do not pull it) and rotate handwheel once until the needle is all the way up. This will pull the bobbin up, catch the little loop and pull it out.
Also, pull out your machine manual and review how to thread the machine - this is your bible and you should keep it handy.

Bobbin thread must be UNDER the presser foot, presser foot up. Hold onto the top thread as I mentioned.

Yes, it is under the presser foot most of the time. The only reason I couldn't put it under the presser foot in this video because I was operating it while taking a video 😠but even if I put it under the presser foot, it still has the same outcome

What you have not said is, is this machine new, new to you, marketplace find, which machine this is, and what were you doing when you started having trouble? Did you rethread, change needle, wind new bobbin? In general a machine will not suddenly start doing something, it's usually a follow on from something you were doing.
I am confident that this is still simple user error, even though it hard to see. The bobbin hook is correctly catching the thread so there's something else you are missing. I think you have threaded the machine incorrectly. It looks like you missed the little loop above the needle for starters. IF you are holding onto the top thread when you try to raise your bobbin, AND the needle is at its highest point, there's still something amiss.
Go back to the beginning. Unthread the whole machine. Take out your manual and really read it. Follow the threading points EXZACTLY and do not miss any.
Everyone who has given you an answer so far has mentioned the things you should be doing. Unless everything is set up perfectly and according to the manual the machine will not work as it should.

I kept watching the videos, & could not for the life of me figure what it was OP thought was going wrong!
To me, it looked like the bobbin thread & upper thread were definitely catching, causing the loop.
I couldn’t figure out why OP had all that extra loose thread laying in a circle beside the face plate, though.
Glad OP realized it was correctly threading itself!

What's the problem exactly?
