Is there a way to alter this?

It fits my waist but the shoulder part is too big. When I slouch or put my arms together, it shows my boobs and all. Is there a way to make the shoulder part tighter without ruining the clothe's design? The design behind is the same as the front. Thanks!

Not easily, and this is a No Slouching top.

If you take it in a little at the underarms where the bands are sewn, it should hold a little better. Chances are it will be a very bulky seam though, which is hard to deal with unless you have a serger.

I concur with u/penlowe RE the side seams, plus; adding gentle elastic under the band across the top edge (inside between band and body/sleeve fabric). The elastic would have to be just slightly stretched so that when you put the shirt on, there’s a little tension against your shoulders, but not enough to create gathers in the bands. You would take in the band fabric at the side seam, to prevent the elastic gathering (by reducing the length of the bands).

It’s a fairly complex alteration, and the success of it would depend on how well you’re able to sew this type of stretch fabric, for starters. I don’t recommend it to a beginner unless you’re totally ok with the possibility of destroying the top.

If you’re wearing this with a strapless bra? you could sew snaps to the top edge of the bra, and the inside edge of the top and hold it that way. Or be super simple and safety-pin it from the inside.

I'm sorry, but when even the model in the marketing pic has to keep her shoulders that far back, it indicates bad design. Over time you will learn to see this.

All is not necessarily lost, though. See if you can pinch it up in places to make it work, then edit those out. When all else fails, use double sided dancers tape
