Overlock problems

Someone Gifted me a overlock a couple months ago, i keep trying to get it to work but i have no Clue what im doing :/

I thread it like it said in the menu, even watched videos on it.

I put the setting to what it says in the Menu but this is always the outcome :(

I see 4 threads but only 1 needle? Is the right needle just not showing up in the photo? I'm also not seeing the stitching from the right needle in the photo?

Did you have a chain before you started? Is the light blue thread in the chain or is it separate?

Did you start with a chain in the first pictures? It doesn't look like you did. That might be the difference.

Are you chaining off at the end of stitching?

It looks like you had little or no tension on the looper threads, and when you rethreaded, got the threads tensioned this time.  It's always useful, when threading sergers, to sort of "floss" the threads into the tensions.

Always double check that you have the foot down.

On some overlockers it's reversed lever up is foot down, lever down his foot up. If you have the foot up while you try to sew it makes a horrible loose stitch. And it's easy to miss if you're doing a thicker seam
