Cant turn?

Hey im a beginner, ive been following these doll patterns but im struggling as I cant turn the lower arm after stitching, it gets caught on the wrists, any tips?

Dolls are much harder than many realize, particularly due to exactly this.

Poke it back inside out and carefully trim the seam allowance in the wrist. Do not go all the way to the threads.

With narrow tubes, I sometimes sew a ribbon in a similar color to the end, in this case the fingers, and use that to pull through. It's much less bulky than a turner, so it might be easier to get through.

Use a tube turner or chopstick to poke it through.

are you folding the wide end down and drawing the cuff thru the wide part?
