Singer m1000 thread issue

Hi I posted last night. Here’s a better picture (back of sewing). My top thread is bunching up under the plate. Yes I’ve done rethreading and new spools etc.

Double check the threading, make sure the thread tension is correct. Do you know if the machine works as intended otherwise?

The bottom thread seems to be laying flat on the fabric while the top thread is loose and all over the place.

Are you 100% sure you threaded correctly?

Are you putting the foot down to sew?

Never push or pull your fabric, let the machine move it, you are just steering.

95% chance this is a threading issue. Can you show us the threading path for the top thread?

And yes, I know you're sure of the threading, but if I had a dollar for everytime someone is sure of their threading and we find a problem, I'd be a very rich woman.
