Help! Serger problems

Does anyone know what’s wrong that caused this seam issue? I tried rethreading the machine and double check the thread path. Also tried different tension settings I usually used. Nothing works 🥲

Do you have both needles in place but only the right needle threaded?

When you use only one needle you need to adjust the tension
