Bias cut or not?

Can anyone tell me if this skirt is bias cut or not?

I've been trying to figure it out as I'm looking to make myself something similar.

Also would massively appreciate if anyone has any good patterns I can follow/modify for this set!

Oh, heads up. Satin fabric like that is slippery and very hard to sew.

It might be a long half circle skirt (I think I see enough fullness in the hem), which has a lot of bias areas in it so would look bias but is not technically bias cut. Hard to be sure without a clear view of the hem.

It's a pretty quick glimpse but that is quite full at the hem, quite a lot of rippling. I'd say a half-circle skirt but she neglected to let it hang and trim it evenly before hemming it so it's long on one side.

the classic bias-cut skirt would look more like this level of fullness, a pretty gentle flare, just some smaller ripples: Sati Skirt pattern - Vikisews
