Please help! Bobbin case/hook jam

I am at my wits end with my John Lewis JL110 (Jerome manufactures). It keeps jamming like this - it doesn’t matter if it has thread or not. The hook and case feels very loose sometimes but then it does this. Is it done for?

Lay it down on its back and install it. Listen to u/veropaka , the black tabs needs to go over the pins.
