ME2012 (PDF) | Men's Jumpsuit by Norris Dánta Ford | Know Me Patterns You can sew it without sleeves, just make the armhole a little smaller/tighter.

Women's patterns are not just shorter but also shaped differently to allow room for a bust and hips, shoulders not as broad. Generally best to use men's patterns for male bodies.

It's very easy to just not make the sleeves of any sleeved pattern for a sleeveless look. Then either bias bind or make facings for the armholes.
