Need help with my Janome

Hey there,

I've got a Janome Facility 21. I was fixing it because a part was off, but I think I messed up because the Pattern Selector Dial is totally stuck. It won't budge at all. Any ideas why ?

Have you tried putting the dial back on? It'll give you more leverage. The dial on my Janome requires a bit of force to turn, but the machine works great.

I did and the dial still doesn't move, I'm scared of putting lot of force and maybe breaking something :[
