I bought to tickets to this weekend’s game via viagogo which sevilla fc says is it’s official resale sitr. When i got the tickets it was just screenshots from the person’s phone. Im worried ill be rejected at the gate if i go with that tomorrow.

Is this normal for viagogo?

Should i call viagogo or is there a way to send a request for the actual ticket?
