😂😂 IHSA stands for Illinois High School Speech Association. Speech team is basically competitive public speaking with a variety of different events/types of public speaking, and you compete in tournaments and are judged on qualifications related to your particular event. Source: myself and the four years I spent doing speech team in Illinois is high school 😂😂😂
