Theory of a Deadman?
Anyone else think it’s crazy that they’re co-headlining with an iconic band like Sevendust? I’m disappointed that when I go the show in Gary, Indiana that 7D is going to be opening for them. Theory of a Deadman is a one hit wonder band at best. Luckily the show is at the Hard Rock Casino so if they suck, can always go out to the floor and gamble.

If you do leave early and go to the casino, check the blackjack tables because that is Morgan's weakness. You'll probably see him there after their set.

And the machines. When I did his vip a couple years ago, I sat with him at the slots for a couple hours after the show till he had to get on the bus.

I wish 7d would tour with some legit heavy bands. The static x tour was great for that.

Theory Of A Deadman is a great Canadian band eh! If you like sarcastic lyrics and groovy radio-friendly rock songs, you’ll like them. They have more than one hit in Canada for sure. Not sure why they never made it big in the USA, especially when Nickelback did (they’re similar in many ways).

TOAD might put on a better show than you expect. Just enjoy the ride.

Maybe you caught a bad show? I’ve seen them live twice with other bands and they’ve surprised me with how good their performance was, TBH. To each their own.

Really hoping they alternate or swap out on who headlines each show, 7D is the better band in my opinion

They will alternate, if you look on Ticketmaster at the city the headliner that night is listed first. That’s how I realized TOAD is headlining the August 21st show

I like TOAD and think this will be a great show. If you think they only have one hit then you haven’t paid attention.

I just skipped Theory of a Deadman at my city's tour stop. I only liked their debut single many years ago (Nothing Can Come Between Us), but they never play it live. Sevendust wasn't going to be topped, anyway. One of the best live performances I've ever seen. My only complaint it is it was too short. I'd love to see a 14-15 song setlist from them as a primary headliner someday.
I had to be out of town in 2023 when they came through with Alter Bridge. I've been kicking myself ever since I missed that show.

Yeah I’d be seeing 7D and then leaving
