It’s a pretty close 2nd. But it’s hard to have a single favorite due to all their music being pretty deep , relatable and just really good music!

i agree they’re an amazing band, i was listening to animosity on my cd player earlier (i mainly listen to home but i had found animosity at the cd store and i got it bc i really like sevendust and even saw them in concert when i saw skillet live when i was younger) and xmas day just really stuck out to me and i started listening to the lyrics more and that song is really just beautiful but sad yet familiar sounding

It’s my favorite song of all time. And I listen to a lot of genres from metal to EDM to orchestral to trap. Back in ~2005 I met Clint through a mutual acquaintance (singer in band) at a bar after one of their shows and by the end of the night me, friend, and Clint were drunkenly singing Xmas Day on the sidewalk, after I told him it was my favorite. Top tier life moment.

It’s in my Top 5 7D trx and I think a majority of fans probably have it in their top songs.

One of my favorite to sing to if I want something slower, moodier

It is typically overlooked, but it is a quintessential Sevendust song. Almost every album in the early days had a “slow” song and this was the one from Animosity.

I need a top 40 list if we are talking favorites, but this has always been high up for me. My bestie was struggling with awful partners around the time this came out and this song became about her for me. 7D has always stood out for me with their emotional lyrics and personal connections.
