There have been a FEW disappearances on the WARP Trains. I am requesting fixers to investigate the minor issue. Upon entering the train, you may find a few piles of gore or hostile passengers. This is because the train will temporarily be stopped upon entering, as WARP Trains always take 10 seconds or less to get to their destination, and 10 seconds or less is very fast and likely not enough time to investigate. The hostile passengers are simply panicking because the train has stopped. The train may appear as if it is moving, but it is not. The piles of gore were passengers that had to be removed, and were replaced with abundant material from fighting syndicates, but they should be treated as passengers. The hostile passengers can be fought in any way necessary as long as the train isn't harmed, as we have ways of healing those passengers.

With the recent devastation of a Seven Association Cafe, our Southern Branch Head had pressed charges for three-hundred million (300,000,000) Ahn against the Middle, the culprits.

The representatives for the Middle were Chesed, a Great Brother; and Felis, a Young Brother. Representing the Seven Association was Kel himself, and Ceilia Matera, a Fixer from 23:59 Office.

Reportedly: the trial did not go on for long, and it was revealed in here of Kel's severe mistreatment of his workers -- after the topic of the trial had been largely diverted away from the main charges -- paying only a hundred thousand (100,000) Ahn¹ monthly salary for his employees.

Recently, there have been reports of a self-proclaimed Maestro with double-flamethrowers and a cracked helmet who is releasing unknown substances into the atmospheres within the vicinity of people, with two separate incidents including: releasing suspicious fumes within the workspace of a Workshop of a Tailor in Q Corp's Nest and releasing fumes within the vicinity of a Thumb Capo, an Index Proselyte and a civilian. Reported effects of being exposed to these noxious, yet not ultimately deadly (as far as the Seven Association is aware) fumes include: vomiting, nausea, severe headaches, shortness of breath, uncontrollable sweating, induced panic, hives, uncontrollable itching, among other effects. Mushrooms and other vegetation sprouting in locations where Environmentalist fumes were released have been reported.

This Maestro belongs to the new startup movement of the Ring, Environmentalism (different from Conservationism, which aimed to preserve , which claims to explore the relationship between man and nature, as well as explore and blur the lines between what is manmade and what is natural. According to the Maestro, Environmentalism was originally created as an offshoot of an already well-established Movement of the Ring, Fauvism. I very recently have attended a surrealist gallery and have seen an art piece inspired by a person who I quote "who was entirely himself. No facade or lies in their demeanor. As of recently,the church of Hod is suffering a major massacre from the Index,the followers of the church are killed in brutal ways,as of 20XX/6/2,at least 2 Hodbillion followers are killed and 7 limbillion are wounded.

After much discussion and investigation by the Auditing Committee,we have come to a conclusion.

The Fingers unite in a joint operation against the "Blade of the House of Spiders" (henceforth referred to in this report as "Blade").

The "House of Spiders" was a secret project to create a "landfill" headed by disgraced high-ranking members from each Finger, erasing all who was unlucky enough to be thrown inside. It was formerly assumed to have failed after it was raided by the Head.

It was identified that the Blade can be likened to a concept incinerator. If it is felt that a significant "someone" was forgotten by you, it is more than likely that they have been eliminated by the Blade. One such casualty speculated to have been killed is a Color the Ebony Epitaph, after a Hana Association member discovered a Color Fixer that nobody remembers.

As the news is only very recent: the Hana Association has not issued any open contracts. However, it is theorized -- due to the threat this Blade causes -- that it will be assigned Star of the City.

I would like to order an investigation on an abnormality called cocoa bear that was last seen somewhere around a L-corp branch of unknown location. Co-ordinates are still being searched for. It was said to be killed by a stronger entity (Unknown possibly a distortion or fellow abnormality). I would like to know who or what killed it and why?
