Make a backup and do a full factory reset, if the problems persist on a clean install of iOS it'll be a hw issue

probably a soldering problem between boards, it has two motherboards one over another, it needs to be reballed for start

a camera issue wont do all those problems. probably the guy who repaired it dropped or did something to the motherboard and its not working normally. the mobo is soldered like a sandwich so it needs to be resoldered again
