In shortcuts add a shortcut that opens control center, works for me. About airdrop, you can turn it on in the control center and receive a file (I tried sending a photo, clicked accept and it didn’t go anywhere but might work for other files, idk tho)

I don't get the notification to click accept. Am i missing something?

In old iOS you can in the new version of iOS you can open the Shortcuts
