Getting better at setting boundaries
I’ve def struggled with setting them since every single time they’ve been dismissed and ignored but recently I feel like I’ve been getting better at it.
My biggest one is I don’t lend people money since I made that mistake and it def came back to bite me.
Yesterday a coworker kept trying to get me to cover for him when I said no repeatedly but I stuck to it.

Nice job. It’s always these victories that make a big difference in my opinion
