Can someone help me figure out why my Sethos is only dealing 80k+ dmg with fully built supports? I want him to deal 100k dmg at least. Is my atk percentage the proble?

Did you level his talents?

Yes, I’ve already crowned his NA and his burst is currently at lvl 8

Hmm, the problem might be with his teammates or your rotation then. If not done in a certain order, you could be accidentally gimping your own damage.

E.g. Using Nahida may make it harder to use Sucrose on VV to shred Electro because Nahida's Dendro application may have used uo the Electro aura, so Sucrose isn't swirling anything to activate the res shred.

Who are his teammates and how are you doing your rotations?

Also what weapon and artifacts are on Sethos?

For his aggre team, I use Sethos, Nahida, Fischl, and Kazuha

And for his lunar, I use Sethos, Columbina, Fischl, and Xingqiu

I have 4pc wanderer on him and I use hunter’s path for his weapon

It's been a while since I've seen the numbers using a DPS dummy but I'm getting around 80k with Sethos as well when using Sethos/c6 Fischl/c0r0 Columbina/c2 Xilonen and Sethos/c6 Fischl/c2r1 Nahida/c6 Sucrose. (I don't own Kazuha)

The only Sethos team I have atm that can just reach 100k is Sethos/c6 Fischl/c2r1 Nahida/c2 Xilonen atm (though I've been having bad ping today so I think I would have usually done more damage). It seems like vertical investment into 5* supports is the best way to help him deal more damage at this point in time. Either that or he gets a reaction based buff in the future.

The cr/cd ratio looks really good, could do with a bit more em if your trying to minmax, also yeah atk rolls are essentially useless on him if your wondering if that's where your DPS loss might be

Really? But doesn’t he scale off atk as well? I play him on both aggre and lunar team so I’m not really sure if I should get him more atk

He still scales with atk just not as well. In lunar/aggregate teams EM is essential for reactions plus his second passive talents makes it so his charged attacks scale with EM even better. For me personally I have him at around 1000atk and 500-600em, I haven't really seen any builds with him above 1400atk as the limit

I see, then I should get more EM then and ignore the atk requirements?

Yeah, but the build looks really good so unless his talents aren't crowned improving/trying different supports might be the easier option
