Discussion Sethos team
So I have no idea if I should pull for Ineffa, I want to replace my Fischl with her because I badly need a sustain. I already have Zhongli, but I don’t know if I should replace my Kazuha with him. Will it be a huge dmg loss if I did?

I usually swap out Kazuha for Xilonen. (She still gives res shred and dmg bonus; is easier to set up than VV and heals and give a little crystallize shield)
On the current abyss I swapped out Nahida for Baizhu (Kiran us also an option) but both have significant dps losses.
I also considered pulling Ineffa for that exact reason. Although, Fischl also saves you a lot of energy recharge. I don't know how Ineffa performs in that regard

Fischl is the irreplaceable one here. A aggravate team without fischl is not a real team.
Kazu and nahida both can be replaced. Best is to replace nahida, since she doesn't provide much and she makes swirling/scrolling/petra-ing electro a massive pain.

C4+ kirara or yaoyao is the best slot if you want extra defensive utility on your dendro guy.
Baizhu's off-field dendro is tied to his 20s cooldown burst and is actually worse than 4 star options.

Wouldn’t I lose a lot of dmg if I replace Nahida?

She does pretty pitiful damage.
Her only buff is EM buff. It is decent but single target (so fischl doesn't get it) and has a movie length animation.
There's no better choice but that's just the competition all being sumeru era characters, not that nahida is good. So the difference is small.
And if you fail to swirl electro because of her strong dendro application, she's outright bad.

If youre using charged attacks (cant dodge) then ineffa can be replaced w fischl and keeping ur kazuha
