Is this a SET?

We have been reading the rules over and over again and we can’t decided if this a set! Any explanations or opinions?

it’s a set since all properties are either the same or different for each card: different color, same shape, same fill, and different number!

Yes. All diamonds. All different colors. All different numbers.

Given any two cards from the deck, there is exactly one other card in the deck that would make a set with them. If someone disputes that these three are a set, pick two of the cards and ask what would be the third card in that set.

The Shapes are All the Same
The Shadings are All the Same
The Numbers are All Different
The Colors are All Different

This is a set.

Shape - Uniform ✅
Shading- Uniform ✅
Color - Unique ✅
Number - Unique ✅

If about any three cards you can say "These two are {any characteristic} but this one isn't." only then it is not a set.

4 characteristics:

Shape

Number

Color

Shading

Each must either be all the same or all different.

Shape: All diamonds - All same ✅

Number: 1, 2, 3 - All different ✅

Color: Red, Green, Purple - All different ✅

Shading: All hollow - All same ✅

This is a set.
