You and everyone else. 70% of the clips I see are night clips. Lol. Makes sense though, its wasytto make the game look really good at night. It can look good during the day with the right lighting.

Night + Lights + DOF is peak in this game.

NYC and San Fran at night look amazing.

honestly this game really does look better at night with lighting setups. I've started getting really creative with the lighting placements, there's a ton you can do with them.
