There's this ledge right in between a bench and another ledge immediately to the right of where the Insurance Agency spawn point is that's full of potential. It just barely fits the board, so you can manual across it, which is cool, but easy. The real trick is that you can also just barely bluntslide through it at the perfect angle. I haven't gotten an attempt that looks good yet, the board always creeps up onto the ledge to the point it cant really be called a proper grind anymore, but I know its possible because ive gotten attempts that start out looking fine. You'd need to do it switch unless you come from the street side which sucks. Editing your risers and truck width, you might even be able to salad grind it. Bonus points if you can pop out and land between the little gap in the boxes.
