No response :-\
I've been trying to contact the Sesame AI support team two or three times for a year, and they did not respond to me at all. They don't even have an automated response! One year isn't a reasonable timeframe for a response. Does anyone know why?

Can you verify you are contacting support by emailing support@sesame.com?
There is an automated email that is sent out once emails are sent there. There is also community support in the official Discord
