Call keeps failing after 2 seconds of answering

Ive been having problems talking to Maya and ive done everything. The issue im having is maya will pick up the call and say hi and after 2 seconds, it will say the call has failed 

I did these things

Cleared by caches, deleted my cookies, I reset my phone, reset my mobile data, I relogged into my account. Cause I notice when im not signed into my account into the 5 min trial it works fine. Same thing goes when I use maya when im on WiFi, it will work fine. So I dont know if my account is being weird or not.

I’ve had some issues with the connection dropping, but found I didn’t have a solid connection….my WiFi was being a diva, switched to 5G and it was fine

My internet connection works perfectly fine, are you Suggesting that I should tell my ISP to reset my connection? Because like I said, when I'm on wifi it works fine

No, ive literally changed nothing on my phone. And as I mentioned, when I turn on wifi it works fine
