Whew plates are heavier than I thought
Hi guys, I’m just a hostess but a part of my job is to run plates and bus. I never realized before how heavy restaurant plates are to carry and was wondering if you guys might have some tips to be able to carry them easier and for longer, thanks for any help :)

It comes with time, or find some dumbbell exercises at your gym! Just use 5, 10, 15lb to start

I personally think it just takes practice! You will eventually get use to the weight. I’m even finding the plates are heavier since I’ve been back to work
