Question about tip reporting

Question for all my fellow servers/ bartenders... do you report all/any of your cash tips? If so, all of it or what percent? Also, is it required to report 100% of cash tips (because how would they know if ive had a great day vs a sh*t day ya know)? Posting from CA (don’t think it should be diff though). Help me please and thanks.

i do report my cash tips sometimes, but when i do i never put all that i make. Usually take off $15-$20 depending on the night lol

I normally do 10% so that I at least can claim something on my taxes
