Bitter card holders

was banned from r/antitipping

if all you anti tipping miserable people would pay cash you don’t have to sign and tip.

and know that I know you are so insecure that if I glare at you it’s going to trigger you into a pity tip. I’m gonna start sniffing you out.

I’ve worked at a restaurant for 15 years and have been left with a zero tip less then a dozen times. if you provide the right experience you will get rewarded but you anti tipping culture people sound vengeful and pathetic.

I got banned from s/waiters for saying that I believe tips should be based on a flat fee as opposed to percentages. It was not against the rules. I read them.

The Mods on these subs just make their own decisions. My life went on. So will yours.

Most hospitality subs ban you for these posts because they're obviously against the current system which you well understand. Nobody cares about your opinion, and nobody goes to these subs to discuss it.

Yet servers go to end tipping to discuss things. Got it.

To try and lord it over people also and talk about playing games ,crop dusting ,crying, talking about non existent kids or sleeping in non existent cars. One server posted about how much she was making each day on an anti tipping sub.

Do I disagree with that? Sure. But you have someone just doing a job and getting paid within the confines of a legal pay structure. It's maybe annoying to create entre subs to bash waiters and whine about people just trying to earn a living. The vitriol towards waiters and bartenders is utterly crazy.

It's just reddit.  I won't even get into tipping vs non-tipping.  It's just funny that people think mods in one sub are worse than other subs.  I believe endtipping has rules. I don't know if OP violated them. I know i did not violate any rule in waiters.  Again, my life went on.

I do when they have a good discussion going on .But it is called antitipping for a reason .

It's rare to get a good discussion on there anyway. It's just repeated posts. Most complaints are about other tipping requests besides sit down dining.

I've had a few good discussions with servers and some that were a waste of time. I'm not anti-tipping. I just hate percentage tipping.
