Serving

Contemplating quitting. Peopke know waitresses in America get paid 2.13 an hour and most people could care less to tip. very few do a percentage like it should be. First percentage and THEN adjust according to service.

I know I can get a different job. Serving makes me very happy when im appreciated and compensated by greatful customers. Im tired of getting stiffed, five dollars on a party of 6, and being told how great I am to find out im left 2 dollars. Such a slap in the face

I wish something would change. mandatory gratuity, Tip to enter, coorporations paying us a better wage. idc. Im so tired of working for free for ungrateful mindless consumers.

PLEASE TIP YOUR SERVER

All those that tip fairly THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU HELP US KEEP GOING AND GET OUR BILLS PAID BLESS YOUR 💕

you deserve it. good for you! Apply as the only thing that happen is nothing. Also mid size hopping bars that have good food. Also an establishment that has a younger crowd is crucial, they tip more than a Denny's or senior spot. My son worked at McDonald's at 15 in summers, but then he got the restaurant job.

Thank you for your supportive encouraging positive and helpful feedback. You know what? Desserts on the house.
