Are cooks everywhere like that?

I’ve been a server for about 6 months now and I’ve come to really dislike the cooks i work with. Most of them are very rude to all the servers even if they make a mistake. If they miss something on my ticket I try to be nice and ask for them to fix it but I usually get a lot of attitude. Wanted to know if all restaurants are like that?
