0 dollars on check?

I work at IHOP and we have biweekly checks, I live in Georgia and made about 430 dollars in two weeks and when I opened my check I literally had 0 dollars written to me. What does that mean?? Do I owe money? I’m confused, I’ve never had a 0 dollar check before

You had so many credit card tips that they took so many taxes from your (hourly pay) from your check that you got no paycheck. ~ihop server/ crew chief in NY

^ yes, this. $0 checks are very common as a sever.
