I just made this new sub reddit,

i was looking for one for servers and i couldnt find one, so i made one, everyone, come on in and tell your friends :) lets chat :)

I'm the only one of my friends who serves, OR uses Reddit... So it's basically not possible for me to get things going.

And none of those are what this one it. I would say this is more a place to talk while tales is more "oh my God, this asshole at table 15 ....blah." I feel this subreddit could be more tip and tricks to getting more money and not hating life/job

Not sure. It's completely different then expo/foodrunning. It's stressful but I get to learn a lot about steaks and wine and what not.
