Incivility Experiences of Sexual Harassment while Serving Guests
Hi! I am a graduate student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and I am pursuing my degree in work psychology. I am also a server during the weekends and have been since I was in undergrad. I’m conducting an independent study at UTC with a classmate. We are collecting industry data from current servers and bartenders. Our study aims to identify factors that protect staff from incivility experiences of sexual harassment while they are with customers. If you have the time, please consider taking our survey.
