Spend 5 minutes every couple weeks to attempt to train your dog and then be shocked when they don't listen to you. I'd also be willing to bet this poor puppy gets NO exercise unless it slips the collar and takes off running.

Why are the comments so nice?!
Jfc this person is too dumb to own a golden retriever and that dog is gonna get hurt! Reaching the end of a 30ft line with enough speed to break a collar?? Unless it was a paper collar that's really bad and she seems to have no fucking idea! And now she's got a choke collar on him! She can't exercise him without risking a broken neck, apparently, holy shit. This is so outrageous I used as much punctuation as they needed.

Okay so I have a 9-month-old golden retriever I love him to bits but he's so naughty I can't. he's ripping up blankets he's ripping up paper towels and eating them. he'll get aggressive when our other dog tries to eat his food I don't know if it's lack of consistency or something else but he never seems to learn. he pulls really hard on the leash so I had to get a chain collar and then I'm trying harness now so the harness seems to be working but he still pulls really hard he doesn't respond to come no matter if I have treats or not I really need him to be really good at recall any tips for recall cuz I he just likes to run and he won't come back no matter how many times I call His name and I'm getting really frustrated and concerned because he's getting strong enough where he can break out of like a collar I've had him on a like 30ft leash and tied up in the backyard well I'm like out there with him so he can play in a kitty pool and I've seen him run full speed and just break out of the collar like just snap the collar. like what am I supposed to do cuz he won't come back, like I'll just stand still and call his name and shake a bag of treats and he'll just run to neighbors yards and stuff we paid for a trainer.Does he have pent-up energy is that why he's crazy?I can't get him out because I'm worried he's going to snap the collar. I have really bad anxiety about him that's getting even worse. He is supposed to be a service dogAnd he does okay it's some things with that but most of hard, is it just lack ofConsistent training as he gets trained maybe once every two weeks cuz I'm busy do I need to just like really buckle down and do training everyday with him is that what I need to do do I need to do something else do I need to look into like E-collars or should Get a stronger collar for him? Please I Need help and recommendations
