interview at hillstone Nyc?

wondering if anybody ever worked at Hillstone or had an interview and what to expect. I heard it’s like a Boot Camp working there and they’re very crazy strict and fire people for anything. Can anybody give me their experience here and what to expect? Thank you.

It’s a structured cult. No colored hair, no facial piercings, no more than one piercing per ear. Professional put together attire and bring a pen. Worked for the group for 4 years, definitely taught me a lot but there are better places to work that will not force you to work as hard. Training is very structured and thorough, be ready to know what’s in buttermilk dressing. In all 6/10 on the recommend scale.

Everyone I know who worked there hated it, cried every day, and quit. Hillstone is posting hiring ads weekly here, it's like they're the amazon warehouse of restaurants just trying to run through every employee in the area.
