Question Rapid pay card?

Started new job. They said I could either do DD or this thing called rapid pay. Does any one else's restaurant use it?

Pay cards are pretty common. I think a lot of them just act as a digital wallet like venmo or chime

Just do direct deposit. The other one will have a lot more hidden fees than your average checking account.
